I am booking the above venue in the Club for my own party in which I am the host and for which all charges will be paid by me. The Decoration & Lighting etc for the venue will be arranged by me directly with the Club's approved Vendors at extra charge. I am booking the above venue for a function on behalf of my Company, friend or relative. However I would be present throughout the function and take full responsibility for the conduct & dress code of the guests attending the event. I am also responsible for all payments to the Club. I am aware that the usage charges for the Club's venue are concessional for the Member's own parties and at normal rates for the Member's Guest parties. Any misleading declaration will make me liable to the Club's disciplinary action I/My guests will be using the Club's approved catering vendors for which I agree to pay the specified Cover Charges per plate (as applicable) based on the actual number of attending guests I am aware that all alcoholic beverages would have to be procured from and subsequently served by the Club as a part of its excise licensing regulations, for which I agree to pay the Club's rates specified for parties.
